First, check the tracking number you will find with your order on PixFulfillment.
If the tracking indicates delivered order:
Ask your customer to check with their local post office and/or neighbours, as this is often where “lost” orders seem to end…
If the tracking indicates returned to the sender for incorrect address:
The package will be returned to the sender address you entered on your profile.
We will not refund or assume any responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect delivery address.
You can reship but you will be responsible for the costs associated with additional delivery attempts.
If the follow-up does not indicate any information:
If an order has not been successfully delivered and more than 14 days have elapsed since the order was processed, the seller may request a refund or arrange for the order to be returned free of charge.
If the order was entered by customs due to copyright:
We will not refund or assume any responsibility for orders requisitioned due to copyright and trademark rights.
By downloading or saving a design in our application, you agree that:
You own the rights to reproduce this design commercially,
You also release Pix Fulfillment from any claim resulting from a violation of property rights.
You understand that the violation of property rights is illegal.
If you have any doubts about the legal ownership of a design, you should check with the legitimate owner that you are able to use it
You understand that Pix Fulfillment acts in accordance with your instructions and is under no obligation to verify or confirm the legal use of the reproduction of designs.
You agree to indemnify and defend Pix Fulfillment against any claim resulting from alleged violations, including copyright, trademark, publicity or other intellectual property rights, including any payment of damages suffered by a plaintiff and attorneys’ fees payable by you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized products, printed on demand.
All tracking numbers are in our application dashboard under the “All orders” page.
We recommend that you use 17track.net to send tracking updates for your customer.
Customs duties, taxes and fees are not included in our base price.
This is a buyer’s responsibility, as each country has different customs duties and tax laws.
All your orders are produced and shipped from our workshop near Paris, France.

Can I sell other products on my shop than those of Pix Fulfillment?
Of course !
Our products are designed to integrate seamlessly into your online store.
They act as normal products. You can edit them, categorize them and place them in collections with other products.
Exit the application
and go to Shopify > Products.
Click on the product for which you want to edit the photos.
In the Images section, you can click and drag the photos to change the order.
Move the mouse over an image to get the Preview, Edit option,
Edit the text if necessary.
You can also add new images (for example, if you want to add a “real” photo of a sample you have ordered).
Click on Save.
You can sell other products in your shop.
Our application searches for orders labelled with our supplier label and does not touch others.

When you'll have a sufficient volume we will accept it.
In your application dashboard, click on the Reports tab.
Do I have to do anything when a customer places an order ?
Nothing to do.
When one of your customers purchases an article that you have published using our application, the order is automatically sent to our system.
We print and manufacture your custom-designed product according to your and your customer’s specifications.
Once the shipment is completed, the order status of your account will be automatically updated.

Your customers will not know that we are involved in your business.
As a general rule, 2-4 working days to print and manufacture your order.
The shipping time depends on the geographical area of your customers.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order before it is too late.
We will cancel it and refund you, no questions asked within the first 24 hours. After that, all orders will be processed and shipped.
Please note that cancelling an order on your Shopify account will only work before we mark an order as in production.
You only have 24 hours to modify or cancel an order.

The order number.
The name and email on the order.
The changes that need to be made.
It is very important that you act quickly.
Of course, please follow the instructions below to create a manual order.
Once you have published a product using our application, you can create a manual order for that product in Shopify:
Exit the application and go to Shopify> Commands> Create an order.
Select the product(s) you wish to receive and add your address in the “Search or create a customer” section.
Simply mark the order as paid – but you should only do so after entering the address.
If an order is marked as paid with an incomplete address, our system will ignore the order.
We then invoice you for the wholesale cost and shipping costs.
In order to have the most adequate reproduction quality, your files must be in JPEG in RGB mode and with a resolution of 300 DPI.
We can print as many colors as you want with complex designs.
You can also use photos from cameras (reflex, bridges, compact etc.)
Comply with the prerequisites: JPEG format, 300 DPI, RGB mode)
Photoshop templates can be downloaded from our portal.
The resolution must be 300 DPI.
Use our PSD templates for simplicity, without changing the resolution or size of the image.
